James Walker Looking ahead

Founder & CEO

James spent many years in the US Navy and other government agencies during his military career.  He has spent years focused on workforce management and spearheaded efforts to roll out a statewide re-entry program with accreditation for New Hampshire.  Then-Vice President Joe Biden and Governor Maggie Hassan recognized his efforts with the Patriot Award.

James has been battling PTSD for over a decade now and understands how it not only impacts him, but it impacts the family.  While living in NYC James participated in a VR study for veterans with PTSD at the New York Presbyterian Hospital & Weill Cornell Medical Center.  This study worked on breaking-edge technology and counseling efforts.

James has worked in the corporate offices of Goodwill Industries as the Global Director of Performance and PMO Where he directed and supported the implementation of technology to support wrap-around services and job placement.

His corporate career has focused on Business Ownership, Director of Human Resources, and Project Management. Back in the early 2000's James founded a company named WOW Tools which provided specialized technology to private schools for assistance in fund raising. He then merged his company with Eighty/20 making it a national pillar for assisting schools with their fundraising efforts. Later in his career he transitioned into senior levels of Human Resources within privately held companies and larger Fortune 500 companies.
